Meet Our Founder

Assalamualaikum brothers and sisters! My name is Anish and I am the founder of The SimplyFit Muslim!

 

A bit of background about myself – I am a revert and an ex-professional cricketer. After my cricket career came to a close, I embarked on a new mission to help Muslims lose weight.

 

​I strongly believe that weight loss is one of the most important steps one can take towards becoming a healthier and more productive Muslim.

 

My intention is to help as many Muslim brothers and sisters achieve their weight loss and health goals while following the sunnah! This is because the sheer volume of content online makes weight loss very daunting for many people. My goal is to simplify weight loss for all Muslims and there is no better way for Muslims to lose weight than to follow the steps and methods of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)!
