  • Does the DIY program come with ongoing support?
    The DIY program is do-it-yourself (DIY), hands-off product, meaning that you complete the workouts and execute the 12-week plan on your own. No personalised coaching is offered except for the demo and introduction videos. If you would like extra accountability or support, you can consider our Lite or Premium programs for a more personalised guidance with Coach Anish.
  • What if I have a pre-existing medical condition?
    If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, we strongly advise you to consult your physician before taking any further action.
  • I have never worked out or been on a diet before. Would this program work for me?
    Our weight loss programs are broken down into simple step-by-step processes for any Muslim of any fitness background to follow. The steps that you will take are gradual, sustainable, and will set you up for long-term success, insha'Allah.
  • How much weight can I expect to lose in 12 weeks?
    On average, you can expect to lose between 0.5 to 2 lb (0.2 to 0.9kg) per week. This depends on your starting point and how consistent you are with the program. A healthy average weight loss per week translates to losing no more than 2 lb a week. On the other hand, unhealthy weight loss (more than 2 lb a week) is generally associated with over-restriction. While this can lead to greater initial weight loss, it comes with risks like muscle loss and does not always give you the tools that help you make behaviour changes for long-lasting results. Our weight loss programs focus on long-term benefits like developing a healthy lifestyle and keeping the weight off long-term. Thus, you are likely to experience a gradual weight loss, which may not be as popular as most of us seek instant gratification and want to see pounds drop quickly. However, as the fable with the tortoise tells us, slow and steady wins the race.
