Engage in a holistic 30-minute coaching call focusing on both your inner and outer worlds. Anish will coach you to discipline your nafs by addressing base desires like eating and resting, fostering sustainable inner motivation. He will also guide you in managing your outer world, emphasizing the four pillars of weight loss - Nutrition, Sleep, Exercise, and Stress Management - alongside habit building. This dual focus on internal and external factors supports lasting lifestyle changes that facilitate successful weight loss.

Week B with Coach Nafiis

 Participate in a practical 30-minute session dedicated to fitness coaching through a 4-phase training program. Nafiis focuses on enhancing your physical capabilities, improving mobility, strength, and confidence, especially in preparation for religious practices like salah positions, as well as sacred journeys such as Umrah and Hajj.

Personal Interaction

Engage with 9 online sessions for convenience and flexibility, supplemented by 1 in-person sessions to offer personalized support, accountability, and progress tracking.
